> > (1) For the purposes of section 537 (4) (c) of the [Co-operatives National Law (NSW)](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2012-29a), information may be divulged to—

> > > (a) the Treasurer, or
> >
> > > (b) the Chief Commissioner of State Revenue, or
> >
> > > (c) the Auditor-General, or
> >
> > > (d) the Independent Commission Against Corruption, or
> >
> > > (e) any special commission (within the meaning of the [Special Commissions of Inquiry Act 1983](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1983-090)) if—
> > >
> > > > (i) the Registrar has received a written request for information from the special commission, and
> > >
> > > > (ii) the Minister has given written approval to the Registrar of the communication of that information, and
> > >
> > > > (iii) the Registrar has given to the special commission written approval of the communication of that information.
