26 Applications for settlement
(1) *[Section 26 Subsection (1) amended by No. 88 of 1983, s. 4 and Sched. 2 ]**[Section 26 Subsection (1) amended by No. 77 of 1995, s. 3 and Sched. 1 ]*An eligible person may apply as prescribed to TDR for registration as an applicant for settlement under this Part –
(a) generally; or
(b) in a particular area.
(2) With every application under this section the prescribed fee shall be lodged.
