22 Advisory committees
(1) The Commission may establish committees to give advice and assistance to the Commission in connection with the Commission’s functions.
(2) An advisory committee need not include a member of the Commission.
(3) The procedure for calling meetings of an advisory committee and conducting business at the meetings must be determined by the Commission or, subject to a determination of the Commission, by the advisory committee.
