16 Considerations for Commission

When exercising the Commission’s functions, the Commission must consider the following—

(a) the guiding principles,

(b) the primary targets and interim targets,

(c) the adaptation objective,

(d) reports, advice or recommendations about climate change from other persons or bodies in Australia and internationally, as the Commission considers relevant,

(e) action to address climate change that is taken internationally,

(f) the exercise of the functions of government agencies.
