77 Assistance to Board
(1) Any or all of the following bodies: (a) the Environment Department; (b) any other Department, agency or authority of the Commonwealth; may assist the Board in the performance of its functions. (2) The assistance may include the following: (a) the provision of information; (b) the provision of advice; (c) the making available of resources and facilities (including secretariat services and clerical assistance).
