43 Appointment
(1) The CEO is to be appointed by the Climate Change Minister. (2) The appointment is to be made by written instrument. (3) Before appointing a person as the CEO, the Climate Change Minister must consult the Authority. (4) The CEO holds office on a full‑time basis. (5) The CEO holds office for the period specified in the instrument of appointment. The period must not exceed 5 years.
