#### 48 Disclosure to a Royal Commission (1) An official of the Regulator may disclose protected information to a Royal Commission. (2) The Chair of the Regulator may, by writing, impose conditions to be complied with in relation to protected information disclosed under subsection (1). (3) An instrument under subsection (2) is not a legislative instrument.
