44Disclosure or use for the purposes of a climate change law or a biodiversity law etc.

#### 44 Disclosure or use for the purposes of a climate change law or a biodiversity law etc. An official of the Regulator may disclose or use protected information if: (a) the disclosure or use is for the purposes of a climate change law or a biodiversity law; or (b) the disclosure or use is for the purposes of the performance of the functions of the Regulator under a climate change law or a biodiversity law; or (c) the disclosure or use is in the course of the official’s employment or service as an official of the Regulator.
