81Review of operation of Act

#### 81 Review of operation of Act (1) The nominated Minister must arrange for a review of the operation of this Act to be undertaken as soon as practicable after 1 July 2016. (2) The review must include a review of the effectiveness of the Corporation in facilitating increased flows of finance into the clean energy sector. (3) The review must make provision for public consultation. (4) The persons who undertake the review must give the nominated Minister a written report of the review. (5) The nominated Minister must cause a copy of the report to be tabled in each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of the day the report is given to the nominated Minister.
