#### 77 Delegation by nominated Minister (1) The nominated Minister may, in writing, delegate to the Secretary of the Department administered by the nominated Minister the Minister’s function under subsection 49(1) or 51(1). (2) In exercising any powers or performing any functions under the delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of the nominated Minister.
