#### 76 Nominated Minister (1) The nominated Minister is the Minister administering this Act, unless a determination under subsection (2) is in force. (2) The responsible Ministers may, by writing, determine that the nominated Minister is the Finance Minister. (3) A determination under subsection (2) is not a legislative instrument. (4) The nominated Minister may give the other responsible Minister any information or documents obtained by the nominated Minister under this Act.
