#### 92G Commissioner of Taxation and Chief Executive Officer of Customs to be notified of declaration
If the Regulator makes a declaration under the Opt‑in Scheme, the Regulator must give a copy of the declaration to:
(a) the Commissioner of Taxation; and
(b) the Chief Executive Officer of Customs.
