#### 92DA Notification requirement Scope (1) This section applies to a person if the person is a designated opt‑in person. Requirement (2) The Opt‑in Scheme may make provision for and in relation to requiring the person to notify matters to the Regulator. (3) Subsection (2) does not, by implication, limit subsection 92A(1).
