92B Reduction of provisional emissions number
The Opt‑in Scheme may provide that, if: (a) a person is a designated opt‑in person; and (b) under the scheme, the person has a provisional emissions number for an eligible financial year; and (c) the conditions set out in the scheme are satisfied; that provisional emissions number is to be reduced (but not below zero) by a number ascertained in accordance with the scheme.
