71A Notification

(1) If: (a) a declaration is in force under section 70 in relation to a joint venture and a facility; and (b) the joint venture ceases to pass the joint venture declaration test in relation to the facility; the participants in the joint venture must: (c) jointly notify the Regulator, in writing, of the cessation; and (d) do so within 30 days after the cessation. Civil penalty provision (2) Subsection (1) is a civil penalty provision.

Note: Part 17 provides for pecuniary penalties for breaches of civil penalty provisions.
