#### 49 Effect of withdrawal of quotation of OTN
If:
(a) a person has made a quotation of the person’s OTN to a gaseous fuel supplier in relation to a supply of natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas or liquefied natural gas by the gaseous fuel supplier; and
(b) the quotation is withdrawn before the supply occurred;
this Act has, and is taken always to have had, effect as if the person had not quoted the OTN to the gaseous fuel supplier in relation to the supply.
