47Notification of change of name or address of OTN holder or gaseous fuel supplier

#### 47 Notification of change of name or address of OTN holder or gaseous fuel supplier OTN holder (1) If: (a) there is an entry for a person’s OTN in the OTN Register; and (b) either: (i) there is a change in the name of the person; or (ii) there is a change to the person’s address as set out in the OTN Register; the person must, within 28 days after the change, notify the Regulator, in writing, of the change. Gaseous fuel supplier (2) If: (a) there is an entry for a gaseous fuel supplier in the OTN Register; and (b) either: (i) there is a change in the name of the gaseous fuel supplier; or (ii) there is a change to the gaseous fuel supplier’s address as set out in the OTN Register; the gaseous fuel supplier must, within 28 days after the change, notify the Regulator, in writing, of the change. Civil penalty provision (3) Subsections (1) and (2) are civil penalty provisions. > Note: Part 17 provides for pecuniary penalties for breaches of civil penalty provisions.
