#### 36A Extended meaning of use For the purposes of this Division, if: (a) a person (the first person) provides an amount of natural gas for use by another person; and (b) the provision of the natural gas does not involve a supply of the natural gas; any use of the natural gas by the other person is taken to be use by the first person.
