31 Measurement of covered emissions from the operation of a facility

For the purposes of this Act, covered emissions from the operation of a facility are to be measured using: (a) methods determined under subsection 10(3) of the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act 2007; or (b) methods which meet criteria determined under that subsection; where the use of those methods satisfies any conditions specified in the determination under that subsection.
