#### 205 Information about number of relinquished units Scope (1) This section applies if: (a) under this Act or the Jobs and Competitiveness Program, a person is required to relinquish a particular number of carbon units; and (b) during an eligible financial year, the person relinquishes one or more carbon units in order to comply with the requirement; and (c) there is no entry for the person in the Information Database in relation to the eligible financial year. Carbon units relinquished (2) As soon as practicable after receiving the relinquishment notice, the Regulator must publish on its website: (a) the name of the person; and (b) the total number of carbon units relinquished.
