#### 202 Publication of concise description of the characteristics of carbon units The Regulator must: (a) as soon as practicable after the commencement of this section, publish on the Regulator’s website a statement setting out a concise description of the characteristics of carbon units; and (b) keep that statement up‑to‑date.
