200 Information about surrender of borrowed and banked eligible emissions units
Borrowed units (1) As soon as practicable after the end of 1 February next following an eligible financial year, the Regulator must publish on its website the total number of carbon units that: (a) were surrendered in relation to the eligible financial year; and (b) had a vintage year later than the eligible financial year. Banked units (2) As soon as practicable after the end of 1 February next following an eligible financial year, the Regulator must publish on its website the total number of carbon units that: (a) were surrendered in relation to the eligible financial year; and (b) had a vintage year earlier than the eligible financial year.
