193Correction and rectification of the Information Database

#### 193 Correction and rectification of the Information Database Corrections of clerical errors or obvious defects (1) The Regulator may alter the Information Database for the purposes of correcting a clerical error or an obvious defect in the Information Database. General power of correction (2) The Regulator may make such entries in the Information Database as the Regulator considers appropriate for the purposes of ensuring that the Information Database is accurate. (3) The Regulator may exercise the power conferred by subsection (2): (a) on written application being made to the Regulator by a person; or (b) on the Regulator’s own initiative.
