#### 117 Simplified outline The following is a simplified outline of this Part: • If a person is a liable entity for a financial year, the person’s emissions number for the financial year is the total of the person’s provisional emissions numbers for the financial year. • The Regulator may make an advisory assessment of a person’s emissions number for a financial year. > Note: An emissions number is reported under section 22A of the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting Act 2007.
