sec.10 Content of emissions reduction plans

An emissions reduction plan for a sector must include the following information for the period to which the plan applies— an analysis of data in relation to greenhouse gas emissions produced, and expected to be produced , by the sector; an estimate of the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions produced by the sector; a description of actions to be undertaken by the State to reduce greenhouse gas emissions produced by the sector to contribute to achieving the emissions reduction targets. Subsection (1) does not limit the matters that may be included in an emissions reduction plan.
