Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

These South Australian regulations set simple procedural rules for applications under the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Act 1995. They require applicants for exemptions to meet the requirements set by the National Director (r4) and require revocation applications to include a copy of the National Director’s decision plus any further information the Minister deems necessary (r5).

They affect people or organisations applying for classification exemptions or seeking revocation: applicants must supply documents and follow externally specified requirements, and officials (the National Director and the Minister) have discretion over what information is required (r4–r5).
