64 Starting prosecutions for offences (1) A prosecution for an offence against this Act in relation to a film, publication or computer game that is unclassified at the time of the offence— (a) must not be started until the film, publication or computer game has been classified; but (b) may be started not later than 1 year after the day the film, publication or computer game is classified. (2) Subsection (1) (a) does not apply to a prosecution for an offence against any of the following provisions: • section 7 (1) • section 16 • section 19 (2) • section 20 (1) or (2) • section 27 (1) or (3) • section 34 (1) • section 38 (1) • section 44 (2) • section 45 (1) or (2) • section 50 (1) • section 53C (1)
