63 Certificates as evidence
(1) This section applies if the director, deputy director or convenor signs
a certificate stating that on a date or during a period stated in the
certificate—
(a) a film, publication or computer game was classified, was
classified at a classification stated in the certificate or was not
classified; or
(b) an advertisement for a film, publication or computer game had
been approved, had been refused approval or had not been
approved.
(2) The certificate is evidence of the matters stated in it.
(3) Unless the contrary is proved, a document that appears to be a
certificate under this section is taken to be a certificate under this
section.
