54A Definitions—pt 6 In this part: deal in, X 18+ films, means to do either or both of the following: (a) copy X 18+ films; (b) sell X 18+ films. influential person, in relation to a body corporate, means— (a) a director or secretary of the body; or (b) a person who is— (i) substantially concerned in the management of the body; or (ii) able to control, or to substantially influence, the body’s activities or internal affairs. licence means a licence granted under section 54E. 54C Application for X 18+ film licence A person may apply for a licence to deal in X 18+ films.
