54 Classification symbols etc to be published with
advertisements
(a) the person publishes a publication containing an advertisement
for—
(i) a film; or
(ii) a publication classified category 1 restricted or category 2
restricted; or

(iii) a computer game; and
(b) the publication does not also contain a list of the classification
symbols and determined markings for films, publications or
computer games respectively.
