25 Power to ask name, age and address
(1) A police officer may require a person to state the person’s name, age
and address if the police officer has reasonable grounds for believing
that—
(a) a film is being or is about to be exhibited, sold or delivered to
the person; and
(b) the person has committed or is about to commit an offence
against section 12 (Attendance of child at certain films—offence
by child) or section 24 (Buying certain films—offence by child);
and
(c) the person is under 18 years old.
(2) A person commits an offence if the person fails to comply with a
requirement made of the person under subsection (1).
