22 Sale of X 18+ films (a) the person sells a film classified X 18+ to someone else; and (b) the other person has not made a direct request for the film. (2) A person commits an offence if the person sells a film classified X 18+ that is not contained in a package made of opaque material. (3) An offence against subsection (2) is a strict liability offence.
