#### 40 Notice of request to reclassify etc. (1) If the Board is requested to reclassify a publication, a film or a computer game or reconsider a decision on an advertisement, the Director must give notice of the request, inviting submissions about the matter. (2) The Director must cause the contents of the notice to be publicised in such manner as the Director decides at least 30 days before the Board proposes to consider the matter. (3) If practicable, the Director must give a copy of the notice to the person on whose application the former classification or approval was made or given at least 30 days before the Board proposes to consider the matter. (4) The notice must specify the day on which the Board proposes to consider the matter.
