22TDelegation

#### 22T Delegation (1) The Secretary of the Department may, in writing, delegate to an SES employee, or an acting SES employee, in the Department who has responsibility for classification matters any or all of the Secretary’s powers and functions under the following provisions: (a) paragraph 22L(2)(b) (request for revocation of classification); (b) section 22M (accreditation); (c) section 22N (further training); (d) section 22P (revocation of accreditation); (e) subsection 22S(1) (approved training). > Note: Sections 34AA to 34A of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 contain provisions relating to delegations. (2) In performing a delegated function or exercising a delegated power, the delegate must comply with any written directions of the Secretary.
