84 Liability of occupier for certain advertisements An occupier of a public place that is not a restricted publications area must not screen in the place an advertisement for: (a) a film classified MA 15+ or R 18+ during a program for the exhibition of a film with a lower classification; or (b) a film classified X 18+.
