63 Sale or demonstration of unclassified computer games (1) A person must not: (a) sell an unclassified computer game; or (b) demonstrate an unclassified computer game in a public place. (2) A person must not sell a classified computer game, or demonstrate a classified computer game in a public place: (a) with a title other than the title under which the game is classified; or (b) in a form other than the form in which the game is classified. sold or demonstrated in contravention of paragraph (a) or (b). (3) Subsection (2)(b) does not apply to the sale or demonstration of a classified computer game with a modification mentioned in section 20A or 21(2) or (3) of the Commonwealth Act.
