53 Possession of films with intention to publish (1) A person must not possess a film with the intention of publishing the film if the film is: (a) intention to publish the film; and circumstance that the film would, if classified, be classified RC or X 18 +. (3) Subsection (1) does not apply to a person who possesses a film for classification or law enforcement purposes. (4) If a person possesses 10 or more copies of a film, it is presumed, unless the contrary is proved, that the person intended to publish the film.
