103 Advertising sexual articles (1) A person who conducts or is employed in a business involved in the sale or distribution of sexual articles must not advertise in any way the aspect of the business relating to sexual articles. Fault element: Intentionally advertising the aspect of the business relating to sexual articles. subsection (1) that the aspect of the business relating to sexual articles was advertised only to a person who conducts or is employed in another business involving the sale or distribution of sexual articles. (3) Subsection (1) does not apply to advertising for the sole purpose of carrying on a prescribed business.
