sec.38 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act. A regulation may prescribe maximum penalties of fines of not more than 20 penalty units for offences against a regulation. s 38 amd 1993 No. 82 s 3 sch 1 ; 2008 No. 51 s 39 (sec.38-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
