sec.36 Particular publications not indecent or obscene
An unrestricted publication is not an indecent or obscene publication for the purposes of the Criminal Code . Also, to the extent a publication is subject to a conditional cultural exemption in relation to a relevant showing, the publication is not indecent or obscene material for the purposes of the Criminal Code . s 36 amd 2005 No. 4 s 30 sch 1 ; 2017 No. 17 s 102 (sec.36-ssec.1) An unrestricted publication is not an indecent or obscene publication for the purposes of the Criminal Code . (sec.36-ssec.2) Also, to the extent a publication is subject to a conditional cultural exemption in relation to a relevant showing, the publication is not indecent or obscene material for the purposes of the Criminal Code .
