sec.18 Procurement of minor for RC publication
A person must not procure, or attempt to procure, a minor to be in any way concerned in the making or production of an RC publication. Maximum penalty— in the case of a child abuse publication—1,000 penalty units or imprisonment for 5 years; or in any other case—800 penalty units or imprisonment for 3 years. s 18 amd 1993 No. 82 s 25 ; 1996 No. 56 s 100 ; 2017 No. 17 s 92
- (a) in the case of a child abuse publication—1,000 penalty units or imprisonment for 5 years; or
- (b) in any other case—800 penalty units or imprisonment for 3 years.
