### sec.61 Indictable offences and summary offences
An offence—
against section 43 (Procurement of minor for objectionable film); or
against another provision of this Act involving a child abuse film;
is punishable on indictment.
Any other offence against this Act is punishable summarily.
An indictable offence against this Act may, at the election of the defendant, be heard and determined summarily.
A complaint under the Justices Act 1886 for a summary offence against this Act may be made only by a person authorised in writing by the Minister.
For subsection (4) , the Minister may authorise a person either generally or in relation to a stated complaint.
