### sec.62 Forfeiture
If a person is convicted of an offence against this Act that relates to an objectionable film, the court by or before which the person is convicted may, in addition to imposing any penalty, order that the film or anything used in connection with the commission of the offence be forfeited.
A film or thing that is forfeited under subsection (1) may be destroyed or otherwise dealt with as directed by the Minister.
