### sec.60 Evidentiary provisions
In a proceeding for an offence against this Act, a document purporting to be a certificate given by the director or the convenor under the Commonwealth Act , section 25 or 87 and stating any of the following matters is evidence of the matter—
whether a stated film has been classified;
if a stated film has been classified—the classification given to the film;
whether a stated advertisement has been approved, or refused approval, under the Commonwealth Act , section 29 .
In a proceeding for an offence against this Act, it is not necessary to prove the complainant’s authority to start the proceeding.

- (a) whether a stated film has been classified;
- (b) if a stated film has been classified—the classification given to the film;
- (c) whether a stated advertisement has been approved, or refused approval, under the Commonwealth Act , section 29 .
