sec.80 Existing exemptions under ss 58 and 59
This section applies if an exemption is given under section 58 or 59 before the commencement for a film that, immediately before the commencement, was a computer game under this Act. For the Classification of Films Act 1991 , the exemption is taken to have been given under section 58 or 59A of that Act respectively. If the exemption is subject to a condition, the exemption remains subject to the condition. s 80 ins 2013 No. 3 s 24 (sec.80-ssec.1) This section applies if an exemption is given under section 58 or 59 before the commencement for a film that, immediately before the commencement, was a computer game under this Act.
