sec.77 Classification applying to particular films
This section applies to a film that, immediately before the commencement— was a computer game under this Act; and had a classification G, PG, M, MA 15+ or RC that was given under this Act. For the Classification of Films Act 1991 , the film is taken to have the classification mentioned in subsection (1)(b). Subsection (2) stops applying if the film is classified under the Commonwealth Act. s 77 ins 2013 No. 3 s 24 (sec.77-ssec.1) This section applies to a film that, immediately before the commencement— was a computer game under this Act; and had a classification G, PG, M, MA 15+ or RC that was given under this Act. (sec.77-ssec.2) For the Classification of Films Act 1991 , the film is taken to have the classification mentioned in subsection (1)(b). (sec.77-ssec.3) Subsection (2) stops applying if the film is classified under the Commonwealth Act.
- (a) was a computer game under this Act; and
- (b) had a classification G, PG, M, MA 15+ or RC that was given under this Act.
