sec.76 Classification or reclassification under ss 5 and 6
This section applies to a film if— immediately before the commencement, the film was a computer game under this Act; and classification under section 5, or reclassification under section 6, of the film was started but not completed before the commencement. The classification or reclassification may be decided as if the film were still a computer game under this Act. For the Classification of Films Act 1991 , the film is taken to have the classification decided under this section. s 76 ins 2013 No. 3 s 24 (sec.76-ssec.1) This section applies to a film if— immediately before the commencement, the film was a computer game under this Act; and classification under section 5, or reclassification under section 6, of the film was started but not completed before the commencement. (sec.76-ssec.2) The classification or reclassification may be decided as if the film were still a computer game under this Act. (sec.76-ssec.3) For the Classification of Films Act 1991 , the film is taken to have the classification decided under this section.
- (a) immediately before the commencement, the film was a computer game under this Act; and
- (b) classification under section 5, or reclassification under section 6, of the film was started but not completed before the commencement.
