sec.67 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act. A regulation may prescribe penalties of fines of not more than 20 penalty units for offences against a regulation. s 67 amd 2008 No. 51 s 11 (sec.67-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act. (sec.67-ssec.2) A regulation may prescribe penalties of fines of not more than 20 penalty units for offences against a regulation.
