sec.66 Particular computer games and advertisements not indecent or obscene
A classified computer game and an approved advertisement for the game are not indecent or obscene material for the purposes of the Criminal Code . Subsection (1) does not apply to a computer game classified RC. Also, to the extent a computer game is subject to a conditional cultural exemption in relation to a relevant showing, the computer game is not indecent or obscene material for the purposes of the Criminal Code . s 66 amd 1996 No. 56 s 63 ; 2005 No. 4 s 30 sch 1 ; 2017 No. 17 s 47 (sec.66-ssec.1) A classified computer game and an approved advertisement for the game are not indecent or obscene material for the purposes of the Criminal Code . (sec.66-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a computer game classified RC.
