sec.2A Application of Act
This Act does not apply to a computer game that is an exempt computer game. Also, this Act does not apply in relation to a relevant showing of a computer game to the extent the computer game is subject to a conditional cultural exemption in relation to the relevant showing. s 2A ins 2013 No. 3 s 4 sub 2017 No. 17 s 25 (sec.2A-ssec.1) This Act does not apply to a computer game that is an exempt computer game.
